• Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on carrier selection
• Large Equipment / Simulator Products: Delivery timelines may vary depending on manufacturer availability and freight requirements
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Large Items & Golf Simulator Equipment
Oversized products including simulator enclosures, launch monitors, mats, projectors, nets, and related equipment may ship separately and may require freight delivery.
Additional shipping times may apply depending on supplier inventory and manufacturer processing.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking information via email once orders ship when tracking is available.
Some products shipped directly from manufacturers or distributors may arrive in multiple shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
