RETURN POLICY
At Golf Gear Heaven, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and inserts included
• Proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Used golf clubs, balls, gloves, or accessories showing signs of wear
• Custom, personalized, or special-order products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
Golf Clubs & Equipment
Golf clubs and equipment must be returned in unused condition. Clubs showing ball marks, grip wear, shaft modifications, or other signs of use may not qualify for a refund.
Golf simulator products, launch monitors, projectors, enclosures, mats, and other large equipment may be subject to manufacturer return policies and restocking fees.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
